Volunteers and servicemen were welcomed in the Rakhiv territorial community

Patriotism. Previously, we did not think about the essence of this concept. However, the last eight years have proven: patriotism is not judged by words, and for human affairs.

Love for the Motherland is a manifestation of pride for one's native land, for her material and spiritual possessions. This is the readiness to protect the interests of the country first of all, and not their own. And it is precisely such people who are called sincere Ukrainians. It is these people who are currently protecting the borders of Ukraine against the onslaught of the Russian aggressor, precisely such people help the Ukrainian army.

Today in Rakhiv, the mayor Viktor MEDVYD met with military personnel and volunteers of the NGO "Volunteers of the Rakhiv Region". On the occasion of the holiday, those present were thanked for their active public position, courage, patriotism and gave thanks and gifts.

At the event, a moment of silence was observed in memory of the fallen residents, who gave their lives for sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

Patriotic songs and poems were performed by Natalia NAZARYK, Ivan Marko and Igor Grechko. The host of the event is Antonina KABALYUK. The photo exhibition "They bring us closer to victory" was prepared by the employees of the Rakhiv Cultural Center. The "trophies" exhibition was launched by the activists of the "Volunteers of Rakhivshchyna" NGO.
