9 November, on the Day of Ukrainian writing and language, employees of the education department, culture, of youth and sports of the Rakhiv City Council joined the Radiodictator of National Unity-2022. The author of this year's text is a Ukrainian writer and director, member of the Ukrainian PEN, Iryna Tsylyk, read – people's artist, Hero of Ukraine Ada Rogovtseva.
