City competition "Ecology is our future"

At the end of September, the All-Ukrainian action "Day of the Young Naturalist" was held in the Rakhiv Territorial Community.

The event was organized and conducted by the employees of the National Technical University of Ukraine and the student council “LEADER” Rakhiv TG. Rakhiv City Council became the sponsor.

The purpose of the campaign is to create an ecological culture among students, involving them in nature conservation work, education of environmental vigilance, gaining experience in solving environmental problems, increasing the effectiveness of educational and research work and meeting the needs of students in professional self-determination and creative self-realization.

A number of educational activities were held during the week, aimed at studying and preserving nature, in which the majority of students and teachers of educational institutions were involved.

In order to ensure a clean environment and foster a culture of waste sorting, an environmental action was held to collect plastic bottles and caps in the educational institutions of the Rakhiv Territorial Community.

The participants presented their works with pleasure and joy. Pupils and pupils of institutions of general secondary and extra-curricular education submitted their own creative works in the form of works to the competition, drawings, videos, presentations.

I want to believe that, that all these environmental measures will teach children to see a living soul in every bird, a tree or a flower.
