Teaching children the rules of life safety, we lay a reliable foundation of applied knowledge to help ourselves and others in difficult life circumstances.
One of these training methods is the holding of district competitions of teams of young rescuers-firefighters of general secondary education institutions of the Rakhiv district, which took place 15 March 2024 year at the base of the "Karpaty" stadium in. Рахова.
The purpose of the competition:
- promotion of a healthy and safe lifestyle among children and youth;
- forming a conscious and responsible attitude to personal and collective safety issues;
- involvement of children and youth in applied sports, which are aimed at preparing a person for actions in emergency situations, providing itself- and mutual aid;
- promotion of physical development and improvement of children and youth;
- military-patriotic education of youth and promotion of the profession of rescuer-firefighter;
- involving young people in the study of the history of the fire and rescue service;
- development and manifestation of personal creative abilities of children and adolescents.
The organizers of the competition are:
Rakhiv District Administration of State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Zakarpattia Oblast and departments of education, culture, youth and sports of territorial communities of Rakhiv district.
Participants of district competitions from the Rakhiv Territorial Community there were teams of young firemen: Rakhivskogo ZZSO I-III degrees No. 1, Rakhivskogo ZZSO I-III degrees No. 2, Rakhivskogo ZZSO I-III degrees No. 3, Rakhivskogo ZZSO I-III degrees No. 4.
On behalf of the Rakhiv City Council, the first deputy mayor - Ivan Mykolayovych Moldavchuk congratulated the participants of the competition and wished them a successful start and victories..
The program of the competition envisages holding:
- knitting a lifeline for time;
- putting on the combat clothes of a rescuer for a while;
- running relay with obstacles;
- quiz on fire prevention.
There can be no losers in such competitions. After all, each participant acquires solid knowledge and skills.
However, according to the results of the overall team places, among the teams of the Rakhiv Territorial Community, the II place was won by the team of the Rakhiv ZZSO I-III degrees No. 4 "Prometheus".
A student won the first place in the individual achievement of knitting a rescue rope 10 Danyuk Ivanna, class of Rakhivskyi ZZSO I-III grades #4.
