The All-Ukrainian festival of creativity of people with disabilities "Colors of Life" gives children and young people the opportunity to demonstrate their talents in various artistic fields, the main purpose of which is the realization of the right of persons with disabilities to participate in cultural life, promoting the process of their rehabilitation and social adaptation by means of arts.

The regional tour has been held in the city of Uzhhorod for several years in a row. This year in a creative competition, which was organized in a communal institution “Transcarpathian Academic Regional Puppet Theater” The Transcarpathian Regional Council also took part in the education of Rakhiv Territorial Community Oleksandr Tomashuk (student of Rakhivskoye ZZSO I-III grades #1) and Mykhailo Kostan (student of Rakhivskoye ZZSO I-III grades #2).

All participants were awarded diplomas and gifts.
